bed mattress is too soft.I asked for quiet room but given street room which is noiser. They said they upgraded me but the room is too small to be a "upgraded" one.

Beautiful design, definitively tries to show itself as boutique hotel. Luxury materials, much natural light. Location "in the action" of hectic French district. Rooms are quiet. Comfortable bed. When you are tired of the Vietnamese food, you can try their pizza, which were very tasty. Ok, some people complain about the breakfast, but it provides decent continental and Asian fare... Of course, it is not the top of either category. Helpful staff, free internet.
Rooms are quite small, and cluttered with fancy decorative items at the expense of practical storage space. Just provide better jam at breakfast, please.

The location was amazing, just steps from the
Main attractions. The staff was helpful. The Wi-Fi could be better, especially during peak hours when it got a bit sluggish.

The Hotel interior design is very good and pleasent. The room is very good, the food quality is very good, the location is very good. The staff is very nice and helpfull. The price is high for this room in my opinion should not exceed 100$ (but I paid 150$).

Very good service, nice lay-out of the hotel, not too big.
Some of the staff has poor english skills, which resulted in a taxi not being ordered for the time requested. However, the concierge did his best to alleviate the situation and got me a taxi speedily and at a fair price.
